Freelance Designer

We're looking for a multifaceted designer with a soft spot for interactive user interfaces. Besides pushing pixels, all our designers are involved in developing information architecture. Perhaps it's a control thing, but never-the-less, that's what we feel pushes our design intricacy to the next level.


We specialize in creative concepts articulated through video and online technology. So your projects can range from collaborating with a director or developer to producing tablet app HTML5 interface design or interactive video experience IA/UX


Our sensibility for design is more that of a typographer than that of motion graphic designer.


Responsibilities

» Design HTML, Flash and App interfaces.
» Develop information architecture and user experiences
» Knowledge of recent browser, tablet and mobile UI capabilities
» Interject ideas, advice and quality. You're the solution!
» Be independent— yet communicate and be organized.
» Fill out your time sheet(!)


3 years min working experience and these skill sets:

We strongly encouraged working on site in our beautiful Hollywood Hills studio (http://madeinhaus.com/studio/). This is just the tip of the iceberg regarding how we invest in our team, but you need to be there to take advantage. That said, exceptional self-managed individuals can work from the dark side of the moon if that does the trick.

Here is a new one for you: We rarely work after 7PM(!). So make sure you spend your time wisely with our carefully selected group of individuals. When things suck, it usually is because you have not spend your time right un-sucking them.
